Creating the most spectacular setting ever seen at Villa Pliniana before, a series of 8 columns will be bound with creeping vines that lead into a canopy of bougainvillea, crafted using thousands upon thousands of excellent quality silk bougainvillea blossoms. Using a range of fuchsia, orange and purple tones, each piece will move in an organic manner across the two metal support beams to result in the most dramatic and wildly romantic dining setting.
Scattered across each round dining table, an array of clear glass stem vases each filled with either a mass of scabiosa flowers in varying hues or an assorted array of blooms from your chosen palette. Glass candle accessories in chic glass shields will be scattered throughout, each dressed with an elegant tapered dinner candle. Clusters of votives will then be added to offer a soft, warm glow.
For the welcome party at the majestic Villa Pliniana on Lake Como, Larry Walshe, a renowned luxury floral designer, brought a burst of vibrant colour to the stunning Italian villa with his exuberant use of hot pink bougainvillea and lush green foliage.
