To create an autumn garden within a rustic Greenwich brewery for a corporate event. The client loved the use of colour and floral designs with lots of movement and interest. They wanted to create a sense of warmth and welcome where guests would feel at home whilst ensuring this rustic setting also felt luxurious and chic.
Autumn is one of the most wonderful times of the year for flowers; there are such a wonderful selection of flowers available and we wanted to champion British flowers as much as possible within this British brewery to ensure an authentic and meaningful result was created.
Greeting guests, a large and theatrical archway design created using a range of mixed English foliages as the predominance alongside British hydrangea and rosehips. Filled with movement, this floral statement set the tone for what was to come…
Inside the Greenwich brewery, a small drinking area filled with character and rustic charm was decorated using a range of British flowers including English hydrangea and dahlias from Kent. Filled with colour, these added warmth and a wonderful sense of welcome. Sculptural urn designs, synonymous with the Larry Walshe Studios brand decorated food stalls and once again used British dahlia flowers from Kent to inject a fabulous sense of colour to our rustic surroundings.
Asymmetrical cascades then fell off the tables to the floor below using English hedera and other assorted foliages. Small flower arrangements were placed throughout in copper vases to compliment the rustic interior of this Greenwich brewery. Seating areas were then smothered using a garden of autumn textures. English silver birch, autumn hydrangea flowers and Kent dahlia flowers were mixed with other colourful varieties to create a huge statement with much detail and interest. Of course, candles were added throughout to ensure a soft, warm glow that would bring this fabulous corporate event to life.
